Fairies Dancing

While browsing through the Golden Book Encyclopedia I shared in this post, I came across the following entry on fairies:

I had never heard of glistening cobwebs on grass as being possible evidence of dancing fairies, but I love this explanation! I decided to do a flickr search on this topic in hopes of finding some loveliness...

... and loveliness I found.

I love fairy lore. I love that Corgi's have fairy lore connected to them. That is one of the reason I was drawn to them. I remember at age five talking with my grandmother about meeting with the fairies and dancing with them at midnight. It was one of my favorite childhood memories.

Corgi's have fairy lore connected to them?! I didn't know that, now I want one even more! Aww, what a sweet memory with your grandmother :)

What a sweet definition. You found some great pix too. I appreciate it when simple things are turned into such loveliness.
