A family stroll through the acres of enchanted woodland gardens at the Sonoma Horticultural Nursery in Sebastopol. Absolutely not to be missed this time of year. Rhododendrons, azaleas, clematis, wisteria, dogwood, redbud, iris, foxglove, columbine...

I guess you could say I got flowers for Mother's Day... not to mention, my very own flower fairy! I am one lucky mama :)

Well first of all, holy crow Clover is adorable! I looove the blury photo of her alone in the greenery, she really is a little fairy. One that flits about spreading joy and mischief!

That place looks sooo gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful. There's nothing more nice to look at than the fruits of nature's labour.

You look lovely! And Clover, oh little clover looks so impish and happy and fairyland frolicking amongst the blooms. I think your mother's day bouquet couldn't have been more perfect. Flowers in a vase are nice but flowers in a garden are intoxicating. You are one lucky mama and Clover's one lucky lil' tyke to have you. (Hey, even Lucas posed for picture ;)

So much love to you guys!

one of the things i've been enjoying about this time of year, is the way the flowers actually GLOW. especially around twilight, they emit their own luminescence. your photos are phenomenal, but what i love the most is the way your flower fairy gives off her very own glow too! i'm not surprised you're the mama of such a sprite. :) i'm glad you had such a lovely day. xo
