Someone told me there's a girl out there, with love in her eyes and flowers in her hair.

what a lovely treat to get a cup of coffee in hand and sit down and see these lovely photos! there is nothing more romantic and dreamy than flowers in hair which is why i wore a wreath of bright flowers for my wedding! and this song by led zep has been one of my favorites since i was 17. it haunts me. beautiful!

What a gorgeous collection you've gathered! You've put me in a dreamy mood, as always.

I wanted to wear a wreath of flowers at our wedding, but when we decided we would be doing some serious dancing, I resigned myself to an updo (albeit with flowers too).

Beautiful photos!
When I was little there was a field behind my house that I always longed to play in. I was always pretending I was a little girl growing up with the likes of Anne of Green Gables or Laura Ingalls. Too bad I was never allowed into the field.... It's all built up now anyways. No fields around here anymore.
*sighs a dreamy, far-away sigh*
Oh the flowers I would've had in my hair!

Well, I consider anyone who has a place for Led Zeppelin on their blog has a place dear to me.

Girl. Damn girl. Thank you. I am going to post this on Facebook tomorrow.

I heart Zeppelin as much as I heart flowers in the hair. (In fact I titled my post about my mom a while back "With Love In Her Eyes And Flowers On Her Shirt!"). Ummm, to keep going on this tangent... I've seen both Page and Plant and just Robert perform the song live and totally cried both times! When Milla gets her ass down here next year we all gotta put flowers in our hair as celebration!
