Sugar and spice and everything nice...

Labor Day weekend in Santa Cruz. Visiting with our friends Kristen and Eric and their daughter Zoe… kiddie rides at the boardwalk, father/daughter tide pool exhibit poking at the local Natural History Museum, dress-up dance performances in the backyard, wandering about in the garden at Wilder Ranch… just a few of the activities that kept us real busy. It was all about the girls, and I’d say they had a blast!

Playing around with Rollip again :)

So sweet! Yes, that last photo is wow.

P.S. mismatched socks with moccs--and dr seuss, for that matter-- may not be the ideal style for thirtysomething mamas, but then again f-it, who are we trying impress anyway?!

I too have come to like having small breasts. They are just easier to deal with. I hated how huge they got when I was pregnant and nursing my sons. they didn't feel like me. I'm sure most people like how huge they get, but they were just something that made me look odd. . .and unlike ME.

That's nice to hear there were other people who went through similar things as me. Thanks for sharing! I really never knew of anyone who also tried to gain weight as a skinny kid. It was hard, but I am glad that I went through that. It gave me character building and I'm not bitter about it which is the best part.

The last photo is seriously stunning. I'm so in love with it, and her little blond head shining there. Beautiful. xo
