Nifty Thrift Picks (8.05.09)

The coin goes on the end of his trunk, then you push the little lever to fling it back into the bank!


This one kinda needs to be viewed full-size to see just how great that alphabet stitching project is, and c’mon: “Love is a shared umbrella”… so cute! It makes me wonder what other sweet projects are inside.

really neat stuff this week! those old banks were the focal point of my most recent object study class, and i actually had a framed needlepoint of those bunnies that a relative made me when i was a baby. thank you for sharing!

I've never seen anything like those light covers, they are so neat. It's amazing what people will get rid of. Thrift stores are my fave forever.
