Still Bloomin'

my dress has pockets :)

Sounding of the Trumpet Vine

luvins

Finally able to get last week's photos off the camera, yay! Trying to wear all my summery floral dresses while I still can. This one I picked up during the height of my florals obsession. I thought it looked quite Liberty-esque.

I'd been on the lookout for a woven bag of this ilk for awhile. I was pretty excited to find this fine specimen at a garage sale just down the street from my house, for only $1 to boot!

Shoes from a shop in Chinatown via my sister, everything else thrifted :)

It does look liberty-esque, love the trumpet vine! I took my outdoor pics there today too in my part of the world, have to take advantage of the blooms while they are here.

Cute - I love liberty prints but I don't think I can pull them off. They look gorgeous on you though!

Kissing Clovers Completes A Look! I love this entire outfit and am glad you fixeted your camera. African bags are the bomb-diggety, I have a pretty plain one but its a staple. That hat is freaking adorably too.

Oh I love your outfit! And especially the hat! I adore hats like this....but I can't wear them cause they make me look 6 years younger, which is bad, I guess, since people keep on telling me I look 16, haha.

Oh yes, I love those woven bags too.
I had one actually - thrifted as well for super cheap. One of the leather straps finally gave out after a few years of my use. It had a good life I'm sure... who knows where it had been before me...

that last picture is a killer. She's getting so big!

Hi, love the woven bag - they were hugely popular at my school in the early 90's and I have a great affection for them. We used them as schoolbags and they were so impractical in the wet Irish weather!!
Anyway, I just thought I'd stop by and say I really like your blog. I've been reading it for a few months and have just added you to the 'blogs I like to visit' list on my very own, brand spanking new, blog.
I hope that's ok. Please feel free to stop by mine for a visit anytime!http://wherewishescomefrom.blogspot.com/
