It’s been super HOTTTT! Yesterday afternoon we drove out to the coast to spend some time in a more comfortable climate. I couldn’t wait to kick off my shoes and frolic around in the cool wet sand.
I thrifted this vintage handmade dress from the Goodwill about a month ago. I think it was $6. Anyhow, it’s proving to be the perfect little loose-fitting item to throw on when it’s really hot outside and I don’t even want to think about putting an outfit together.
Goat Rock beach is known for all the pretty multi-colored rocks that wash up on shore.
I’ve been wearing my hair up in a little top knot because of the heat. I’m enjoying the novelty of my new bangs. Incase anyone’s wondering, I had enough length cut off to get rid of the funky ends and got some layers but it’s still long. The longest layers still go past the middle of my back. I’m a long hair girl through and through :)
Goat Rock is also known for the arched rock formation prominently visible from the beach.
AND it’s known for being featured in the eighties kid’s film classic The Goonies! :D
